If we are working with your organization to develop financial or operational automations, we may act as a data processor or sub-processor. In this capacity, we access and process financial, healthcare, or operational data solely to deliver the agreed-upon services, under the instructions of your organization.

We do not sell or repurpose your financial data. All data access is governed by strong security and encryption protocols, and only the minimum data necessary is stored.

4. Communications

By submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, or interacting with our services, you may receive communications from us, including SMS text messages. You can opt out of these messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to data or systems

• Sending spam or fraudulent messages

• Interfering with the functionality of our services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you are in violation of these Terms.

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 6 months.
